To celebrate the All-Ireland Fleadh coming to Belfast for the first time, the city’s only traditional music walking tour takes to the water with a series of original Fleadh-Special events!
Join us on the Belfast Barge, NI’s only floating arts centre from Saturday 1st August to Sunday 9th August 2026 for a week of traditional music, dance and song events suitable for everyone!

Get your voice warmed up with our Traditional Singing Tree or enjoy some lively music at a couple of lunchtime sessions, put on your dancing shoes at our Craft and Ceili event and explore our vibrant tradition with our Trail on the Water…There is surely something for everyone…

Experience traditional music in a unique way in the intimate company of two local, professional musicians and a dancer who will give you a ‘crash course’ in traditional music, all delivered through live music and stories. Enjoy a beverage and a view of the Lagan while learning all about the instruments, tunes and personal stories that make up our vibrant living tradition.

Bring your dancing shoes and your crafting hands for a fun morning of dance, music and art all led by our dancer and musicians and take a souvenir of your first ever ceili home with you!

Suitable for ages 2-102!  All children must be accompanied by a parent.
